Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was not terrible, but you are definitely sold a dream throughout the recruitment and training process. You are told that an average rep will make around 60,000 (OTE) their first year, a good rep will make 72,000 and a great rep will make closer to 88,000. I’m considered a very good starting rep as I finished 1st in my class, performing slightly below a senior level and I will honestly not come close 65,000. The commission is uncapped; However, it is not based off of gross profit, which I’ve consistently been between 11-13%, and an average tenured rep is hitting 8-9%. Anyways, back to the commission structure, it is based off an average meaning it doesn’t matter how much gross profit you make off of a booked load, the most you will make off of a given load is $50. So I’ve on many occasions made the company close to 50% gross profit on a load resulting on 1-3k in profit and only seeing $50 getting added towards my draw. Finally the amount of work that is expected of you is just not reasonable, you’re expected to be there early, leave late and skip lunch. Overall: 2.75/5 Browse Other Reviews
