Decent company culture in a churn and burn industry. OTE is not competitive when considering how much you’re expected to do to service each load you book. Transactional sales cycles and heavy emphasis on pricing.

Good overall, but be prepared to fight for every lead, new account, and growth of your book. Good solutions, team oriented environment but only way to get ahead ultimately is to work your ass off. Not that different than most other places.

My overall experience was not terrible, but you are definitely sold a dream throughout the recruitment and training process. You are told that an average rep will make around 60,000 (OTE) their first year, a good rep will make 72,000 and a great rep will make closer to 88,000.
