My overall experience was good, however, inbound lead flow is low to non-existent for most BDR teams, and upward mobility is equally as difficult to come by.

It cost me money to work at Dataiku. Over hype on how much you can make as a seller. Reps are starving and only between 3-5% of reps achieved between 75% greater. High quotas with little to no historical on net new ARR business.
