Run, don't walk from this company. You are just a number to them; rampant cronyism and very limited view - if you do badly one month you're immediately on the chopping block. Leadership has no training and too large of teams to manage. Little to no diversity in certain offices. I'm still figuring out how to articulate how horrible of an experience I had with this company.

There is very little inbound flow to this business, yet that's shifting as new Channel management is stepping in to create a channel-led salesforce. Traditionally, it's a smile and dial organization casting a wide net, leaning on evaluations and the product to build interest with potential customers.

The tech at Darktrace is strong and serves a useful niche. The sales org in the US is in a bit of an hiring spree and only a small fraction of AEs are hitting quota across the country.
