It’s a great product but company is in the midst of an identity crisis. Management has good ideas with lackluster execution. Doesn’t listen to feedback from reps. Their continued solution is to hire more reps. Lots of good folks, lots of growing pains.

Great work life balance low compensation. The health benefits are good not so much the 401k match. Good coworkers. The entire Austin office is men only 2 women out of an office of 50–60.
