My immediate sales team and front line sales management is fantastic. The executive leadership team operates in a silo, and offers little transparency to our team. The compensation structure is socialized, masking individual contribution. Too many sales overlay positions that provide little to no value for the enterprise sales teams within CCS. Our customer service group is lacking on all fronts specifically response time and technical understanding of our product portfolio. Great Products, Solutions and outbound marketing, however zero lead generation internally. Product Management has minimal accountability, and our lead time credibility is suspect at best. In a Nutshell the enterprise sales team is not enabled to make decisions, and forced to rely on sales support functions that are disconnected from the market and our partners. We are not an easy organization to do business with however promote ourselves as a market driven company.
