Current Employee Worked within Ruckus. Leadership is horrible, with managers unable and unwilling to properly train but who are more than willing to micromanage each account manager. If you are even two minutes late to lunch, or leave a couple minutes before 5 you will be admonished by a manager. Working here makes me feel like I am back in middle school. If you leave before Recruiters lied to BDR's who are unable to gain a promotion while outside account managers were hired. Product is excellent but the company's leadership is atrocious from the top to the bottom. Al
