Lots of good products and good people. Comp needs improvement, but mostly marketing needs an overhaul

My experience has been great, first company I’ve worked for where they treat you like a person and not just a number. They’ve never had lay offs in the 30 years they’ve been around and once your here they will help you move to wherever you want within the company to retain you if you’ve been a good worker.

Great working culture the quota is too much. Managment is awesome and care about you and want to to improve but.
