I like the team I am on and interacting with my coworkers. Great team environment. My OTE is good with the potential to be great, however, the base is rough, if you're having a bad month. In the interview process, I was sold a defined path for growth and promotion. Unfortunately, that path does not exist. The enterprise AE team has been hiring from outside the org, rather than promoting from within. This means there are no ISR roles opening up, which is the current goal. As much as I'd love to stay and grow with Blue Prism, it seems like that option is not on the table.

Good but company lost its way towards the end and not focused on customer acquisition as much as it should have had
