A great place to work if you are in any role other than sales. The sales team is a revolving door of resignations and redundancies, whilst the rot of the organisation, upper management and the c-level continues to stay. The product was market leading but now due to no investment in development has been surpassed by previously inferior products. There is a culture of pointing fingers/blame rather than collaboration. You will feel extremely alone as a salesperson. Customers are treated extremely poorly as the happiness of SS&C Shareholders and C Level is their number one priority.

My overall experience is not great. You're managing deals completely on your own without much involvement. Manager will give advice that is half the time useless or wastes time. Never joins call with you and just wants updates on deals. Every deal is your fault if it doesn't close.
