With a premium product comes a premium price, and most buyers do not set out looking for the product being sold. Because of this, most deals are lost due to cost.

My overall experience at athenahealth was great. The people I work with; the tools/resources at my disposal; and product are all top notch. However, the company has not kept up with increase of pay in the industry and work continues to increase without compensation.
