Very pleased with the professional development opportunities, coaching and leadership. There is no market segmentation—you can sell to SME’s or Enterprise Accounts. Allianz Trade continues to make investments in sales enablement tools. Realizing the full earning potential takes time but the product is strong and Allianz Trade is the leader in market share and the most innovative. The product can be sold in good economic times or bad. I would recommend and I have referred multiple people to the company.

Overall a well funded organization but they've hired way too many sales people who cannibalize themselves. The top guys here make a lot of money but they're fed deals from brokers which is not replicable for new reps.
