Overall a well funded organization but they've hired way too many sales people who cannibalize themselves. The top guys here make a lot of money but they're fed deals from brokers which is not replicable for new reps. This job is for you if you want to cold call off an excel sheet all day to pitch a product nobody has heard of or has a negative view of due to bad prior experience.

Pro's: Stable financially and will provide you plenty of runway Cons: No sales enablement ( get used to cold calling off of excel sheet), lack of market awareness for product, internal hurdles to get deals done. Top reps get fed majority of biz from brokerages, not necessarily replicable.
