I do not recommend working for this organization. Your work will not be appreciated, and your mental health will suffer greatly. Bad Mgmt, bad tech stack, poor support and operations apparatus.

Started out well but has gotten worse every year. Comp plan got really terrible this year and management keeps making the same mistakes.
