You will never see your family or friends. Meetings until 11pm are the norm. Comp is not that great - you don’t get paid commission until you get promoted to a certain level, which is not made clear up front. Read reviews here & Glassdoor, wish I just held off instead of wasting time here, because interviewing while working here is difficult.

I believe this company has done a lot of work to improve the culture since I was there so that is promising. The product-market fit is excellent however, so if you are comfortable in a highly competitive that is learning from its mistakes, you'll likely enjoy it here.
