The culture is incredibly toxic. Everyone is looking to back stab each other and leadership not only tolerates it but prefers it.

Former Employee3.0Jul 11, 2023I believe this company has done a lot of work to improve the culture since I was there so that is promising. The product-market fit is excellent however, so if you are comfortable in a highly competitive that is learning from its mistakes, you'll likely enjoy it here.
