My overall experience was very negative. You can make a lot of money but the lifestyle is rough. Most employees leave within 2 years even the high performing ones. The culture is incredibly toxic. Everyone is looking to back stab each other and leadership not only tolerates it but prefers it.

If you’re a relatively fast learner you can do well here. On the other end, you forfeit a social life.

Overall I do not recommend this company. Work hours required does not justify the low pay.

You will never see your family or friends. Meetings until 11pm are the norm. Comp is not that great - you don’t get paid commission until you get promoted to a certain level, which is not made clear up front. Read reviews here & Glassdoor, wish I just held off instead of wasting time here, because interviewing while working here is difficult.

The company is a decent place to work straight out of college, don't spend longer than a year.

I believe this company has done a lot of work to improve the culture since I was there so that is promising. The product-market fit is excellent however, so if you are comfortable in a highly competitive that is learning from its mistakes, you'll likely enjoy it here.
