My overall experience was horrible. Great base pay but their attendance policy is worse than what you'd expect for a daily wage labourer. Strongly dissuade anyone looking for career growth to join the organisation.

My experience here was terrible. Typical Indian management. They do want to support you for success but they have no idea what they are doing. Weird paternal treatment from the CEO causing everybody to bypass management and go straight to him to get what they want.
