My experience here was terrible. Typical Indian management. They do want to support you for success but they have no idea what they are doing. Weird paternal treatment from the CEO causing everybody to bypass management and go straight to him to get what they want. Pushed so hard for results that marketing made up activity and lied cause they did not want to admit failure.

My overall experience was horrible. Great base pay but their attendance policy is worse than what you'd expect for a daily wage labourer. Strongly dissuade anyone looking for career growth to join the organisation.
