Strikingly low % of reps attaining. Sales teams are over-goaled and over-saturated (both due to the boon seen during COVID).
One of the best companies I've worked for (product & culture -wise) but facing a massive attrition problem in the GTM org. Many reps going >1 year without a commission check and entire regions missing their annual number.
Is this a great place to work? Absolutely.
Is this a place I would recommend to a highly-capable seller with a long history of achievement looking to maximize earnings? Unfortunately, not anymore. Browse Other Reviews
