Zscaler was hypergrowth back when I joined. Great product market fit in a strange time (Covid). Probably then grew a bit too fast and overhired. The MEDDIC culture was leaving with the leaders that left and then things started to become 'corporate' and forced. Still people were making great deals and large logo's really need the platform. All in all a good place to be, but not my cup of tea anymore.

So far so good. Definitely complicated if you don’t come from the industry. But there are resources to help. Company grew very quickly and is coming back down to reality.
