Zscaler has some of the brightest minds and top talent in the security industry. The culture is very strong and the leadership team is second to none. Zscaler can fall short when it comes to compensation (especially for internal promotions) but has a great ESPP program and typically solid RSU options for external hires.

market leading product with a great sales team. The culture is a meritocracy, still plenty of interest even with economic slowing, customers are more cost conscious but Zscaler drives real business value and hard cost take out
