My overall experience at Zoom has been generally positive. I think the org is struggling with competitors that are already embedded in tech stack (MS Teams, Google Meets). The RTO has not be received well.

I joined pre-covid and back then, the company had a very start up feeling to it and everyone was nice and helping each other. After covid, there was a too rapid expansion which caused the culture to go in a negative direction, but as for compensation, I would say this company was among the best I’ve seen so far

Terrible internal communication. No growth path for BDRs. New comp, account and segment structures and changes every quarter. Poor organization.
