I joined pre-covid and back then, the company had a very start up feeling to it and everyone was nice and helping each other. After covid, there was a too rapid expansion which caused the culture to go in a negative direction, but as for compensation, I would say this company was among the best I’ve seen so far

Overall Zoom is a great company to work for. The exponential growth during the pandemic brought on internal challenges that will need leadership focus and time to fix.
