Interesting organisation - shot to "fame" during the pandemic and became a household brand; but deep-down it's really just a startup. Whilst it's had a tough year, it's an exciting time for the organisation with exceptional portfolio that it has built - the speed of innovation is incredible and I believe leaves them well-positioned to make real impact across UCaaS and CCaaS spaces. They offer incredible equity packages too, which play a big role in inspiring new hires to contribute to future success. I'm a big fan of the place so far.

In mature sales organisation, but potential earnings are good for sales if you hit your quota. A lot of innovation on product side but leadership and culture are not great

The mid market AE role is tough. It’s full a cycle AE sales role focused primarily on prospecting into new accounts. There is no inbound and very limited BDR/SDR support. I will say, you have every sales tool possible to be successful though.
