Zoom is trying to dominate in so many markets, a bit too quickly. Work life balance is tough, and leadership has turned over a lot recently. Still a lot of great opportunity ahead for Zoom, but there needs to be change starting at the very top.

In mature sales organisation, but potential earnings are good for sales if you hit your quota. A lot of innovation on product side but leadership and culture are not great
