Experience is great, but it can be a hard sell at times. Definitely a place to go to sell upmarket and make some money if you have a good book and some strong accounts.

The company culture itself isn't bad. But recent changes have made it apparent that the executive team lacks overall direction and vision with regard to sales operations. The products and services are phenomenal, but lots of instability internally.
