My experience at Zoom has been transformational, with respect to culture, leadership & winning as a team. The sales team is treated well and paid according to performance. The only drawback is the lack of inbound leads for B2B sales and a partner program that is just hitting their stride. Zoom is at the cutting edge of innovation, with a complete communications platform, therefore you can never go wrong representing their sales team.
