It's a great company, but during the later half of 2024 has made it difficult to compete. Don't get me wrong, it's the #1 product in the market, but companies are having a difficult time justifying it's cost and not enough marketing to showcase everything else Zoom is capable of.

Been here two years, Zoom has completely lost its way. Zoom use to care for their employees extremely well when I first started out. Now there is no direction, no career growth, and constant fear of leadership stabbing you in the back by forcing you out with unrealistic expectations or sudden lay-offs. Job security is nonexistent at Zoom. Quota is always going up......Read More
