It used to be the best place in every way. Things started to turn in 2022 and have really gone downhill in 2023. Now decisions are not thoughtful & harm not just employees but stock & PR.

GREAT product! Seriously.. the best in the business. But you are competing against "free" in Microsoft Teams. What this means now is that companies will not spend the add'l money for a better experience in this economy. There are ZERO inbound leads; they don't even have a team to manage this anymore. Zoom is going through a transitionary period. The other parts of the platform (outside of video) are great but product marketing is non-existent.
