Companies doing a lot of taking away from sdr’s despite hitting sales highs. career growth is good and salary is certainly competitive once you go outbound. Also the statements that the company is boiler room is correct. I will say though if you can succeed in this company you can succeed virtually anywhere

Since I've been here, quota has been increased, commission decreased, and expectation increased all around with no increase in pay. Competitors are entering the space more aggressive than ever and price does it make it a bit more difficult to make actual sales. Training is okay.
