ZoomInfo has been the best job I've ever had. -Incredible products and solutions that genuinely help businesses with their GTM strategy (which makes it fun and easy to sell) -Excellent leadership. Due to recent changes like raising quota by 20% and changing metrics required for promotion moral has dropped. This was a company I was very happy at and well compensated but now hitting accelerators and bonuses requires at least 8 hours of overtime a week and that’s not acceptable
