Very smart sales organization with great training. Awesome product market fit- industry leading. The market is very saturated with having over 35,000 customers. Mostly only small SMB left. Inbound lead flow has since been downgraded. More emphasis on Self Source. Historically a low paying base pay, but great pay on multi-year or annual uprfront payments. Very aggressive sales culture. Unlimited PTO, but dont miss your number. Little time for celebration- its all about what have you done for me lately.
