On the whole, while the company is still achieving new heights and is quite profitable, but there is no longer a quick pathway to closing roles, particularly account management, as an SDR. If you have prior closing experience you will get moved faster. Compensation structure, especially in Enterprise, is really solid. But burnout is likely due to high expectations, and there is an unfortunate chance to get stuck in SDR hell.

Culture here is sliding, not at all what it used to be, tons of reps thinking about jumping ship, hired 100 more reps despite inbound lead flow being down, prioritizing company growth at the cost of efficiency and employee morale. New reps are starving
