Great company overall but really lacking in earning potential unless you are a deal closing rep. CSMs are supporting reps who make 3-4x what they make. That does not seem okay.

Culture more than leadership is the reason for my rating. Leadership has always been supportive. We need to work on balancing the scales to see true sales skill and ability rise to the top.

ZoomInfo is a good place to work and is oftentimes very rewarding if you can do well in the SDR role. Inbound is a bit of a grind and you don't make a ton of money, but I'd use it as a stepping stone to familiarize yourself with the product and it's wide range of offerings. Sinking ship. Used to be a great place but now it has turned into a bloodbath with people leaving by the droves and is now a revolving door.
