It's a shame because the product is incredible and its a sales-led company, with plenty of resources to leverage. Unfortunately, for many people these positives are outweighed by the constant micro management, downward pressure, and internal toxicity. The 'router' which is how inbound leads are distributed has always been smoke and mirrors. You'll ask 5 people how it works, and you'lll get 5 different answers. This is not by accident. You may find yourself on the positive side of this, or you can feel as if you're constantly swimming upstream compared to some counterparts, despite similar levels of talent. The turnover is exceptionally high and there's a constant revolving door of reps, especially of late. There have been some efforts recently to imrpove the employee experience, but it's too little too late. Browse Other Reviews
