I think ZoomInfo is marketing leading with data. Regarding Diversity and Inclusion, I do see very little focus or commentary from leadership.

Burnout was the norm there, and compensation isn't high. Best data of its kind, but they don't use all their own tools (Engage, for example). Not much to add at this point. Good place to learn overall and grow! Some mid market managers are not as responsive and supportive for coaching and growth. They make it hard get help and support but mean well. Area of improvement there but potentially also due to team sizes.
