As an organization Zillow provides the inbound lead flow and sales enablement tools to succeed. It is remote so that is a big plus. The quota is constantly changing with the same target payout so your comp is never consistent month over month.

Good overall but they had some real challenges when the housing market changed and brought in poor choices for senior management. They tend to be disconnected and clueless which led to poor business decisions. Loved my immediate team, the general environment, and the product itself

Good company, made good money but you’ were limited to how much you can make. Managers were nice but truly were just “middle men” they carry no weight at most times.

Like many sales roles, when your are successful, management will find ways to diminish total compensation and find many candidates willing to fill new roles and make incomes more in line with the company's goals of overall lower sales compensation.
