Current Employee I’ve made around 55-75k base plus commission my first 3 years. Base 37k for first 6 months then 39k for 6 months, after a year was from start base was $45k. after 2 years, it’s 54k and barely increases from there.
If you master the role then there’s good earning potential, but for most of us we experience burnout and make anywhere from $1000-3000 in commission each month pre-tax.

The standard sales role has evolved to mostly calling previous advertisers, leads that have never answered, or leads that have been heavily pursued and told many reps no.
