Great company that clearly values employees. They also stand by their values, not just words on a wall. The product is simple, but you are competing for share of wallet with some of the biggest names in tech. It’s nice that the company isn’t one of the other big names out there that is making the word a shittier place. Leadership is involved and helpful. Willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in closing sales. The boarding and training is fully developed and regimented.

Most of my training class left the org eventually—-even the managers. Very micro managed position with hollow meetings lacking structure.

Nightmare. Micromanagement is insane. Base pay is $37,000 and not negotiable. Base pay is capped out at $58,000 and you only get that after you sell somewhere between 750k-1 million in lifetime revenue. You’re selling packages that are $300-700 a month.
