Management goes beyond micro managing. They’re obsessive. I wouldn’t recommend this job even as a starter for a career transitioner. It’s only suitable for recent college grads as they treat you like children and even then it should only be temporary to gain experience. The product is subpar and all of the leads are recycled and tired of being harassed by this company. Don’t waste your time.
