Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Culture 1 yr ago was quite good. Lots of positivity and strong team vibe. With the recent reorg and 800+ layoffs globally, as well as new sales leadership changes, the current vibe in the Canadian GTM team is quite negative. Sales director change has brought in toxic, fear based sales culture ruled only by KPI metrics and nothing else. Mix that with out of reach targets and constant micromanagement, moral is at an all time low. Even at Senior Account Manager level and up you will be required to work like a BDR with no prospecting tools, and ancient sales methodologies.
