High turnover of SDR staff can lead to decreased Opportunity/pipeline generation. 60/40 split of base/OTE compensation, wish this was 50/50. Product is a great fit and customers love it, which is what drives the 98% customer retention rate.

Use to be a great place to work, but lots of internal politics getting in the way of actually executing on the business front. More worried about process vs closing deals.
