High turnover of SDR staff can lead to decreased Opportunity/pipeline generation. 60/40 split of base/OTE compensation, wish this was 50/50. Product is a great fit and customers love it, which is what drives the 98% customer retention rate.

There have been many recent changes that have totally changed the culture and leadership in the past year. It used to be 100% when I joined the company in 2019. The company really cared about people and hiring the right people but this has changed.

Leadership talk a lot about the culture but the truth is they have built a unique and great culture. The danger is this is under threat (as with any business) as company continues to grow and hires people that aren't bothered or bought into the same culture/vision.
