Current Employee The culture at the company has noticeably declined over the past couple of years. Recent changes in sales leadership, multiple rounds of layoffs, and concerning practices—such as letting go of tenured employees without severance or benefits—have eroded morale.
The market is outpacing us, yet leadership attributes this solely to sales performance. Quotas have been raised across the board to unachievable levels, with only 10-30% of the team meeting their targets in a good year. Instead of aligning quotas with historical success rates or realistic pipeline generation, they appear dictated by leadership to satisfy board expectations. This creates undue pressure on the sales team and hampers productivity. Everyone here is burnt out and no one is doing anything about it.
I joined Workhuman for its mission of bringing humanity into the workplace, but in recent years, that mission feels increasingly absent. Internal pulse surveys reflect this cultural decline, yet actionable steps from the HX team to address these concerns remain lacking. Browse Other Reviews
