The product is outstanding. The people are smart. The culture looks outstanding and feels that way for awhile. Promotions from within has the expected result of new sales leaders who are solid sales people but have never led before. So, they manage up- forecast, Salesforce, meetings but not people.

Good products, great people, but culture is changing. Sales cycle is extremely process heavy and overly complicated. Leadership is cracking down on time to sell and build pipeline despite cost of products and deployment.
