Overall experience is okay, there are high quotas in the customer base side relative to the amount of pipeline you walk into. Extremely high demand gen expectations for an account management role with low BCR’s even when you exceed quota. Solid culture and collaborative leadership team in sales.

Overall I had a wonderful experience working at Workday. The sales cycles were very competitive but I was able to work with some awesome local companies. Would 100% work here again.
