For a company saving for high growth, there is little process infrastructure adhered to, especially by management and upper management as forecasts, re forecasts are all done manually outside of the many tools Workday have to manage such a process which leads to micro management to a deal level.
Resources are slow to commit, again requiring too much red tape and admin to secure actually adding to deal cycle times.
The company has legacy process which new upper management has found challenging to replace with a new “move fast and get it done, ruthless execution” approach given the lethargic mentality of many legacy and long term employees. Browse Other Reviews
