Good people and sales leaders. Lots of hustling but product market fit was abysmal. They just wanted to turn everything into a services project.

Lots of politics. People who were there for a long time ruled irrespective of competence. It was a YES Sir culture.

Overall experience was positive as myself and the team I was part of had a pretty tremendous year. Unfortunately the leadership that brought me in was slowly removed from power and ultimately the most of the organization I was a part of took packages, left, or were let go.
