Good people and sales leaders. Lots of hustling but product market fit was abysmal. They just wanted to turn everything into a services project.

It’s a completely do it yourself sales culture… the organization does not have any structure or leadership to support you. Lots of politics. People who were there for a long time ruled irrespective of competence. It was a YES Sir culture.
