It’s a completely do it yourself sales culture… the organization does not have any structure or leadership to support you. The crm is a not utilized well, the pre sales organization is a black box, there is no playbooks, organized case studies, or knowledge database. It’s easy to stand out. Once you develop your own set of tools and best practices you can have a lot of individual success.
